ST Power ICs & PMICs: BOM Sourcing and Stock Enquiries

By December 19, 2025October 16th, 2026No Comments

ST power ICs and PMICs need to match the approved BOM, package and production requirements. Chip Conduit accepts sourcing enquiries for the ST ordering codes below, including power management, controller and related industrial components.

This page was revised on 16 October 2026. It replaces an earlier project-surplus announcement. The codes below are enquiry items; current quantities, lot details, pricing and dispatch dates must be confirmed in a quotation.

ST power ICs and related component enquiries

Ordering codes What to provide
A6986TR, STMPS2141STR, STPMIC1APQR Complete code, quantity, approved package and packing requirements
POWERSTEP01TR, L9753CAXPTR, SRK2001TR Approved BOM revision, lot requirements and production schedule
LED6001TR, STL105N4LF7AG, STF24N60M6 Required quantity, full-reel or split-packing preference and destination
SM6T30CAY, TS514IDT Exact ordering code, accepted date-code range and inspection scope

These codes cover different functions and are not interchangeable. A sourcing list is not an engineering recommendation or a guarantee of stock. Use the manufacturer’s current documentation to confirm that each device meets your design requirements.

Confirm the exact BOM code before requesting alternatives

Do not shorten the ordering code when sending a purchasing enquiry. Suffixes can identify package, temperature or packing options. A family name, similar description or lower price is insufficient to approve a replacement.

If your approved part is unavailable, identify which requirements are fixed and which alternatives engineering has already accepted. Any change to the device, package or electrical behaviour needs engineering review before purchasing.

Lot and inspection information for surplus enquiries

Project-surplus offers should be reviewed against your own acceptance criteria. Request the proposed date codes, lot quantities, label photos, packing condition and any documents you need. If your process requires third-party inspection or electrical testing, agree the test scope, cost and acceptance terms before ordering.

Do not assume that one inspection method proves every characteristic of a component. Ask the supplier to state what evidence is available for the specific offered lot.

Prepare a useful ST power IC quotation request

  1. List each complete ordering code and required quantity.
  2. State your accepted date-code range and whether mixed lots are allowed.
  3. Specify packing requirements and any restrictions on split reels or trays.
  4. Include inspection requirements and any approved alternative codes.
  5. Give the delivery country and required arrival date.

Review the proposed allocation, price, packing, dispatch terms and quotation validity together. A dated stock announcement does not reserve a lot for your order.

SRK2001TR application and purchasing reference

If SRK2001TR is on your BOM, see our SRK2001TR specifications and LLC controller buying guide for package information and a part-specific enquiry checklist. Confirm application suitability with your engineering team.
